My name is James Cossio and I am a Southern California Based Commercial Photographer and Creative Director with over 25 Years of experience in the Action Sports, Fashion and Music Industries.

I have a background in fine arts, graphic design and Photography. After a few years of designing in the music and Action Sports Market. I picked up my camera and started photographing my adventures and travels. Photography started to span out into something bigger then I thought, so I incorporated both and opened my first studio called "The Department of Design and Color" in 1994.
